Ticket policy:
1. Persons between the age of 4 and 12 are considered “Junior” and can access the park with the purchase of a Junior General Admission ticket.
2. Persons of the age of 13 and above are considered “Adult” and can access the park with the purchase of an Adult General Admission ticket.
3. Children that are 3 years old and under can enter the Park for free.

5. Government-issued photo ID is required as proof of age and identity.
6. Tickets purchased on this Website (dohaquest.com) will be sent via email to the email address provided by the purchaser. If this email is not received, please contact us on +974 4410 3444
7. Guests will need to present the original ticket or online eticket at either entrance counter to access the Park.
8. Tickets grant general admission to one person per ticket only.
9. Tickets are only valid on the selected date.
10. General Admission tickets may not be valid for special events that require a separate admission charge.
11. Tickets are void if they are expired, already scanned, or tampered with.
12. Duplicating, reprinting, or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited. Violations will be subject to legal liability.
13. By purchasing a ticket, Guests are deemed to have accepted all Park terms and conditions.
Cancellation policy:
14. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even in cases of cancellations and/or no-shows.
General Terms & Conditions:
15. Food, drinks, and illicit items are not allowed in the park.
16. Opening hours are subject to change without prior notice.
17. Rides, attractions, and associated facilities may be closed, under maintenance, delayed, or suspended without prior notice and indemnity to the guest.
18. Restaurants may be closed, under maintenance, or undergo change in working hours without prior notice and indemnity to the guest.
19. All Guests must comply with the Park’s health and safety measures, and with each ride and attraction’s requirements and restrictions.
20. Quest will not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained in the Park.
21. We reserve the right to refuse the admission of any Guest for valid safety, cultural, behavioral reasons.
22. Guests under 14 years must be accompanied by a paying adult of at least 18 years old to allow access or admission.
